GENERAL FAQ’s

Our three product ranges are different so we have divided up their FAQ’s. Click on the product you would like to know more about or read on for our general FAQ’s below.

Ordering

  • Email info@paperock.com.au and we will email you a price list for all our products.

  • No, sorry. Ask your fabricator or designer to work out how many sheets you require based on your plans. This is to avoid to discrepancies.

  • No, we only sell our products as full sheets. These are then cut by your fabricators.

  • Yes! we can send you samples of all our products.

    Visit our sample page and fill out your details and we’ll send them to you.

  • Once you know what you want, please email us at info@paperock.com.au with your order and delivery address.

    We will price your freight and send you a quote for approval based on your order

    If you would like to proceed, please sign the quotation and send it back to us. We we will then prepare an invoice and require full payment prior to any goods being sent.

Delivery

  • Our freight providers won’t deliver to residential addresses.

    Please provide a workshop address, or alternatively we can have the goods delivered to a local freight depot to pick up at your convenience.

  • We take every precaution to prevent damage of the goods, strapped up with top and bottom cover sheets.

  • We are happy to accommodate your requests, although the freight companies often deliver at the best time that suits them.

    Flexibility with times and dates is required.

  • Lead times depend on location and freight carriers servicing your area.

    We can offer an estimated lead time although this can change without notice.

  • Freight is charged on weight and volume depending on the location.

    We can provide a quote once quantities are confirmed.
